What to bring:
Parent & Student
- Federal & State Income Tax Return and W2’s if you a filed income tax return.
- Social Security numbers
- Driver’s license number,
- Full name & Date of Birth
Parent
- date of marriage/remarriage
- divorce/separation
- parent’s date of death
- child support paid or received
- If your parents are separated or divorced, you will use the information from the parent you live with; if your parent is remarried, include their spouse’s information.
- current balance of cash, savings and checking account
- value of assets/investments (i.e. stocks, bonds, mutual funds, CDs, business income, land and real estate (does not include the home you live in)
Eligible Non-Citizen/Alien registration number if you are not a U.S. Citizen.
Dependency: Most high school students are dependent unless they are married, support a child, have been in foster care, or classified as homeless by the district.
